David and Annika Blake have been supplying us with beautiful organic vegetables and flowers since they opened in 2004. Up to a quarter of their total produce is purchased for use in our kitchen.

We have a bespoke coffee blend, made just for us and hand-roasted every week by Oxford based UE Coffee Roasters uses a traditional roasting process to ensure that it is always at its best (not too fresh but nicely rested). We are currently using a fair-trade Panamanian single estate arabica bean, grown using a forest garden production method. Find out more about them here: Ue Coffee Roasters
